i sent in my renewal fee and my account went to basic
J2222223YRZ98 was the transaction #
sent payment from zdm2@njit.edu paypal address

Go to Setting (upper right) then to Permission Groups (left side) then click on your paid membership level.
 
Try again. According to my information, you are a Gold member. You just need to update the user group.
