Gold to Manufacturer Pro-rate / name change

As per Karda's recommendation via PM...
I currently have Gold level, would like to pay the difference to upgrade to Manufacturer (because we are a company, not a solo maker).
Also if possible, change name from "olamiccutlery" to "eisolo" such that I can post as myself, Eugene Solomonik.

I think you should contact Spark about this directly. Manufacturers do not pay for forums here, so it isn't a designation we can hand out without his level of authority.
