And for the people that only hang around in the gallery :D.

After quite a long break from knifemaking I just started out with full pasion again :) Here's one I just finished. The pics are a bit crappy, easily regognizable that I didn't do that much knifeshots recently .

Some hard facts:

Steel: forged from 6 mm 1.2510 (O-1), satin finish
handle: Goldfield-Masur, SS pin and guard
lenght: handle: 12 cm; blade: 13 cm

The knife balances exactly at the guard and fit's my hand really well, but I left the handle a bit longer so people with bigger paws still have a nice and comfortable grip.

I hope you enjoy it as much as I do it overhere. I was especially surprised by the goldfield wood, 'cause not oiled and polished it looked quite flat, but now has a real deep look to it.

If your interested I can up some more pics.

Questions, a pat on the back and criticism are welcome as usual :).

Regards Marcus

That's real nice looking knife - very clean - and the wood is just gorgeous. I like the clip point blade shape and teardrop guard shape. Keep 'em coming. :)

Thanks a lot for your nice words :).

I've got a 7" and another 10" bladed bowie coming up :D, so I'll keep you posted.

Best regards Marcus
