Gonna Get a Police Model

Now, this is basically for collecting and if I had to use it it would be for SELF DEFENSE. Daily chores can be handled by my other knives. I know this has been discussed before but in my situation PE or SE?

G-10 but I'd be happy with the CF or SS too.

Carbon fiber spyderedge is the way to go, definitely. It's what all the fashionable people are carrying, such as myself.

G10 PE Police

Well, I found a great deal from DiscountKnives through eBay. A Police Model PE with the Carbon Fiber handle for $110 + $5 for shipping. I initially resisted the CF because of price. Why pay a premium when the I can get a G-10 or SS for @ $100 I thought? On the other hand the CF is quite a looker and "collectible" to boot. Maybe the cool looking wallpapers of the Police CF by BarefootSimona had something to do with it too

Thanks everyone and I'll post about how the transaction went. I think I like this knife collecting thing. Its helluva lot cheaper than SIGs and Glocks
