I'm new here so I thought I'd pop in and say hi. I enjoy slipjoints and SAKs. I love animals and prefer cats to dogs. I'm happily married and like my job.

Glad to be here.

Welcome and enjoy. For the most part we are a great bunch of people here but beware, you are about to embark on a very expensive journey.

Unlike matches I have one SAK (wenger, so I guess some people around here won't really count that. ), I wish I had a nice slippy, and I eat cats.

Please enjoy your stay. ;)

Cats are good. Do you have any breeds or just run of mill kitties?
I have "normal" two girl cats that were found wandering when they were young, one's a tabby, the other is a bicolor calico. I also believe that I have a male Bengal cat that has a marble tabby pattern on him. When my wife brought him home we had no idea that he was anything other than a regular cat, but after a little research, that's what I came up with.

Welcome! I love cats, they taste great!

Seriously, welcome, don't let the people here turn you onto higher end productions and customs too fast, though they mean well :), I now want every custom out there. I didn't even know what a Sebenza was until I came here!

Welcome aboard. I too love cats. I'd like dogs too if muslims were allowed to keep dogs. Back home in Malaysia we have 12 cats. All of 'em have their own unique personalities.

HOLY HIJACKS! BATMAN!!!!
Why aren't Muslims allowed to keep dogs? Is all of Islam or only certain divisions? And if dogs aren't allowed what animals are allowed and why?

It's not that it is 100% not allowed to keep. It is just that we can't touch dogs or pigs. Only these 2 animals. Well...we can touch them but then there's a special cleansing process involving mud we have to go through when it comes to these 2 animals. So it's sometimes a hassle.

It's not the right thread for the explanation but suffice to say muslims can only keep dogs for certain purposes. Not as pets. In other words it's okay as hunting dogs, guard dogs etc.

Other animals other than dogs and pigs are okay.
