After a long time of procrastinating and fear of chopping off my fingers I've come to the decision that I want to learn how to flip a balisong. I live in California so I can't legally have a balisong in a public area so I've decided on getting a trainer so I can feed my ADHD. I'm willing to spend $80-$150 on a trainer. I've seen and held a few trainers, from what I can tell the cheap ones have poor construction(too much play, not enough weight, bad T-lock). I hope some of you who flip and/or have experience with trainers can recommend me a good trainer.
