Good BALLPOINT Pens

Does anyone know of any good quality ballpoint pens? I would not like to spend more than 50 dollars. I would like for it to be refillable. Fisher Space pens are out, because they start to ooze when the refill gets to the end of it's life.

Cross Pens

I just bought a Cross ION. Great little pen. Small enough to fit a pocket. You can also use a lanyard.

I believe the Ion is actually a gel pen, not a true ballpoint.

My favorite ballpoint is Caran D'ache or something close to that. It is Swiss I believe. I have used it for so long I have forgotten. They make very good refills in fine, med and thick. The body of the pen is one cool piece of aluminum in a black hex shape.
