I am currently drinking some heineken my friend left at my house after a recent party. I usually drink samuel adams or newcastle brown ale since it's pretty good IMHO. My question is, is it wrong to feel good drinking so so beer just because it's free? I don't feel bad now, and the more so so beer i drink i think my attitude can only get better reguarding the free beer.....oh well got to clear the fridge out sometime.

:D

As much as the beer snob in me hates to admit it...

FREE BEER IS GOOD BEER!!!!!!!!!:D

...has anyone else noticed that all of the words above are composed of equal numbers of consonants and vowels... I may have too much time on my hands...

I've found a few name brand beers that i like, a bunch of microbrews that were really good too. I just pause a momnent when i drink a beer that isn't that great, but it's free so it gets it's day in court. After drinking a few (too many) it's realy not that bad once my senses get muddled and my judgement gets impaired enough. Free beer is cool i must admit, i just have to keep telling myself that.

:barf:

Hell, I'll drink Natural light or Milwaukees best if its left at my house. After a party. With nobody watching. When all of my Coors original And Budweiser are gone. If I'm too drunk to go buy more..Just a thought..

Never even heard of CBL before i started hanging out here, is it even available on the west coast??

Carlings Black label A basic bottom of the trough type of beer. But I drank lots of it in college and The Army..I think its mainly Mid west..

Free Beer IS Good Beer!

If you like something else then drink 2 or 3 of those first and then go to the Free Stuff. :D

Bravado has no perspective.. . . . He is living the American dream!
He is the OPEC minister of liquor! . . . He is the pimp daddy of all that contains alcohol! . . . . He is "The man about town" when it comes to the good stuff!

. . . . .there. . . . I paid homage. . . now can I get a fix? ;):D

Ever since I started making my own beer at home I slowly became a "Beer Snob" and would rather not drink commercial crap if I can avoid it. Yes I hoist a Bud with the guys whenever offered and know to keep my mouth shut 'cause for the most part these guys are more concerned with the volumne of beer they drink than the brand. I have drunk so much beer over my extended drinking career that after a while I switched from quantity to quality in my beer focus. At Myrtle Beach, during the summer, we would keep a cooler of CBL out in the front room for party guests and keep the "good" stuff in the back for us. It's hard to drink Newcastle Brown Ale out in the boat while fishing 'cause the hot sun will jump on you and you'll fall out the boat. Old Milwaulkee has a place the same as the popular commercial beers but I have kinda gotten beyond that and would rather drink a couple $3.50 pints of fine microbrew than swill down 6 Millers and have a headache later. Drink what you like and as much as you like but whatever you do don't drink Lite beer. Ack!

What's the matter? Are you watching your girlish figure or don't you like the taste of beer.   ;)

As much as I'd like to say that Blatz :barf: has never tainted my tastebuds, I have drank my share of rotten beer. And I will again if it's FREE.

Now, at home it's only the best. In fact, when having a fit of nostalgia, I asked my wife to get me some Blatz. She returned home with Sam Adams and flatly refused to buy cheap beer. :D Good woman.

If you really want a manly drink, it's scotch. Especially Lagavulin...Jerry could grind miracles if he drank that. Or maybe he'd grind off a hand, but he wouldn't know or care.
