Good books on Sheath Making.

I recently found a book by Sid Latham called Leathercraft. It it well written and includes alot of history on working with Leather - from the American Indians to several well known Leather workers of the 1970's. It provides a good overview of tools, leather nomanclature, etc. Lots of Black & White pics of projects like a Belt, Rifle Case, Possibles Bag, pouch sheath, etc. Good reading.

I also took a look at a book by Kari Lee titled Gorgeous Leather Crafts. This is a bit more offbeat showing how to make Leather topped Pillows, Metallic Leather painting, exotic stamping, etc. A very brief section on leather tools and leather selection (really would be over the head of anyone who was not semi familiar with the stuff allready). Color photos of projects like a Leather Bowl, Desk set topper, Ottoman - home crafts kind of thing.

I love reading also, look forward to what more knowledgable folks recommend.
