Awesome thanksSorry sir, you have been eliminated from the "yo momma" joke competition.
But in all seriousness, check the boot knife options from cold steel. Pretty much the highest quality in that price range.
Cool was just looking at one thanksSmith and Wesson has an ok one for 20$
Gerber Guardian series.[/QUOTE cool thanks
YesIs dear old mom looking for something that will actually clip into a boot that can be comfortably worn inside her boot?

Cool thanksHere's one of the Cold Steels; the Peace Maker. My 3V knife is in the sheath in the first photo bellow. I just bought it to get the sheath for my 3V work knife but turns out the Peace Maker is a pretty solid feeling knife in hand; not cheep or flimsy . . . good stuff. The handle is solid hard rubber like material as opposed to hollow plastic like it may look in the photos.

Our karate teacher can teach herWhatever you get her... make sure she knows how to use it or someone teaches her how to draw and use it, as most 'boot knives' are often bought for offensive purposes, usually misnamed as self defensive.
