Good Combination Padlocks?

What do you define as good?

Will it be used indoors or outdoors? Are you trying to stop bored teenagers or, a more determined attack by someone with tools? Are you protecting something of value in a sturdy container or, items of a common, non-sentimental, low value nature in an ordinary substandard container like a high school locker or your average post office community box?

FWIW, it's amazing how much can be broken into by an idiot with a screwdriver or rock when they don't care about the damage left behind. I cannot even send outgoing mail from home anymore due to community mailbox break ins :( :o :( :o

I'm looking for one that will be used on a locker, but I want something better than the average Master 1500 combination lock.

In high school, guys would use a short length of steel and just lever the locks open. those Master locks didn't have a chance.

I've also seen guys in high school literally pull master locks open with their hands. Keep in mind these were some pretty large guys!
