I had a screw work loose and fall out of my Military. I sent an e-mail describing the problem and a scan of the knife showing the missing screw. Silly me; I should have described the screws (silver, T-6). The screws sent (at no charge ) were black and to long. Sent another e-mail (describing screws this time) and suggested that it could wait til the CF Civilian was ready as I am on the list for that. I got a reply thanking me for being willing to wait ;but, Ishouldn't have to, and more screws were sent (right ones this time). Excellent.

Good call Anthony,
to be honest since becoming interested in the World of Spyderco, just over a couple of months ago, the levels of customer service I have experience has just defied belief. Never before have I dealt with a company that offers such a professional service while maintaining such a high regard for customer service. From the speedy return of emails, to the lighting response of the SFO, and even to just the presence of Sal and the other Spyderco guys on the forums. I don't think there is an other way to put it...it does seem to be all about good attitude !
I just hope that more companies in the future learn from the examples that are being set.
Thanks Guys
