Hi guys,

Sorry to post two threads in so short a time but I felt I should make this one separate.

I have knives from France, Switzerland, Germany, Russia, Poland, Ireland, Sweden and New Zealand... always looking to expand my foreign collection.

If any of our users from Denmark or the Netherlands know of good quality knives, I am interested in trying to add a couple to my collection. Particularly if there are any folders or any knives you deem to be quality "inexpensive value" knives where you are. ;)

So if anyone from Denmark or Netherlands (or anyone else who has knives from/knows about those markets) could help me, I'd be grateful. What is worth taking a look at in your respective necks of the woods, friends?

I got a Hattori folder from this Danish source, "thegoodstuffshop".
Due to the rigid knifelaws in Denmark, the models availible, are decreasing in recent years.
However, Kniv-Per is a good guy to deal with, but today he mostly sells handmade custom knives.

Regards
Mikael

Yes we don't really have any production knives to speak of.
But as Michael points out, there is the handmade makers in Denmark.
Other then that we pretty much use foreign knives.
We can only Carrie 2 handed opening, non locking, with a blade equal to or less then 7 cm, EDC's

That kinda limits the marked.

For Dutch look for a Dutch Army Knife from AMEFA (Apeldoornse Messenfabriek -- Apeldoorn Knife Factory ) DAK (Dutch Army Knife - KL - Koninklijke Landmacht or Royal Netherlands Army). They are solid knives.
