Good deal or cheap knock-off

Okay, I saw these at one of those warehouse fleamarket type places. My question is, is it a good buy or just a cheap knockoff that I shouldn't bother with. The blade is stamped "CASE" and the price is at $40, but in another case is an identical blade listed at $20, so you see my confusion. I admit, I'm not so much into manufactured knives, but depending on what you say, I may go ahead and splurge.

And lets please keep the mocking to a minimum if this is just a cheap knockoff.

I don't know man but it looks like a fake to me. Look at the handle pins for example. Is that glue on top of the pin heads? Just doesn't look like Case quality to me.

I don't recognize it, I also don't see that tang stamp on their website. Repost it in the Collecting and Identification forum, they'll be able to tell you for sure. I think fake but I can't be sure.

Fake junk don't waste your money. If you have $40.00 dollars to spend go buy a Buck 119.

It isn't even knockoff. Case hasn't ever made a knife like that. It is simply a Chinese manufacturer putting someone else's stamp on their product.
