Good Deal?

I got a Busse Gladius from a dealer. The finish had some wonky issues, but the blade itself is fine. Cost me around 1k usd. Did I get a good deal?

Well from what I was told, Busse didn't fully degrease the gladius before coating it, leaving some deformities on the coating. otherwise, the blade is just fine
