we've all seen ebay prices of Schrades double or even triple in the last few months, with lots of "new" keen bidders.
so i was surprised to win this unused 3 pin LB7 serial# Y23554 and sheath with "Schrade" snap closure for $9.95:

note how well tang and backspring line up, with zero play:

and perfect blade centering when closed:

The LB7s are always like this, just so well built; and all for under $10; amazing !

and here is an unused Craftsman 95233. o.k, so it's from sister Camillus, but what a deal for $13.50:

and for something a little different, an Ulster/U.S.A. Sausage knife with Wonda-Edge, Patent # 2,825.968: for $13.51

I agree. They are extremely nice and super buys. I haven't been getting many bargains but my collecting is limited to Schrade-Walden fixed blades.

Now, I have been finding some bargains with other knives I collect; mainly pre-1970 Case fixed blades. Made an exceptional buy on a W.R. Case & Son's, Braford PA (pre-1933), Brown Bone 0600F. Plus, paid a decent price on a Tested XX 325-6 Carson. Also, stole a 1920's c. Marbles Woodcraft and a 1924-33 c. Remington RH 4.
