Made some pulled pork today. Being a Yankee, I don't spend 14 hours smoking it, instead we cheat by putting a dry rub on overnight and then braising it for 4 hours. Not authentic, but easy and pretty darn good.

You certainly don't need an Uncle MoFo (thanks, Eli!) to chop it up, but what the hell...

Pig flesh....mmmmmmmm. I'm sure it's just in my mind, but it always seems like meat cut with INFI tastes better. :)

All I had was chicken and steak grilled on the Weber tonight. That looked great.
 
Yeh, the Uncle Mofo is a bit of overkill but, hey, we are the 'Overkill' kind of guys! The AK would have made quick work of it also but movement is somewhat restricted in the kitchen. :eek:
