Made some pulled pork today. Being a Yankee, I don't spend 14 hours smoking it, instead we cheat by putting a dry rub on overnight and then braising it for 4 hours. Not authentic, but easy and pretty darn good.
You certainly don't need an Uncle MoFo (thanks, Eli!) to chop it up, but what the hell...
