Good day to ye all, young and old. This is to counteract upon mine older thread, which hath a gay name and made me mad!! so if thoust can help me in advice what to do to alter mine spyderco police (stailess plain) would be hence a great deed, please respond in the SNOBBIEST of english

It doth disturb me greatly to see thine inability to feel the mirth that can be had from a simple play of words. You go among us, as friend among friends, yet thy manner betrayeth an unease, nay, an unwillingness, to play a part in our jolly undertakings. Come, will you hence?

The funk stuff was just was just a joke. :) Take it easy, no need to get mad. I don't think a new thread is necessary.

All kidding aside, but in the same vein as my previous message... color would look nice. Sorry if you were looking for how-to not suggestions.

well no, no ones replying to either threads seriously
Both of your threads are being turned into joke threads because of the style you're writing them in, intentionally or not. If the first thread didn't work out the way you wanted, that's alright, you could have started another thread with a more serious tone to get the serious answers that you want.

I'm not bashing your lack of humour here, I understand that people have bad days, feel sad, etc., but you really oughtn't get angry over our natural, friendly, and community-acceptable replies to your posts.

One more thing, in case you missed it in the other thread:

But assuming your thread title is "I want to make my knife look funky":

I'm planning on putting together some Darrel Ralph knife kits. They're affordable and look extremely well designed. Check them out at DDR's website.

What I'm going to do is order some G10, and then try to make the scales for my M16 as practice for when I will make the kit knife scales.

I'm sure a custom maker could fit some funky scales onto the M16. But the cost of shipping and labour might be even more than the knife. :)

As to the Police, maybe you could get it engraved, or insert some insets into the steel handles.

I have put Agrip on all 3 of my stainless Police models, but I'm still thinking about gluing G-10 scales to the stainless scales, as a way of making it "grippier" and a little more "hand-filling".

glockman can you show a pic? i wanna c how the stuff looks on the stainless, also i would go for an inlay, but the handle is SOOOO thin!!! would it be possible? what tools would o use to pur the spot in for the material?
