Good folder sheath? Zero Tolerance sheath?

Hey guys

Im looking for a good quality cordura/ballistic nylon sheath for some of my ca. 3.5 inch folders. Ideally it should hold the ZT0200 folder snugly and securely.

Has anyone tried the ZT sheath? It looks ok, but the belt loop looks like it was designed for wide duty belts, and would flop around on a regular narrow belt. Any experiences with it?

What about Maxpeditions sheaths? Ive got their 4 inch tube sheath that i use for my Surefire or Wave. Its not optimal for folders. Does Maxp put anything else out that you recommend?

I'd be interested in knowing if there's a MaxP sheath that snugly fits a large-ish folder too. I'm also using a flashlight sheath at the moment and it's far from ideal.
 
I think ill give the ZT pouch a go. All the offerings from Maxp looks like they were designed for a flashlight or tool.
 
Thats an awesome looking sheath, im looking for a zero tolerance sheath myself for my 200st, however Im having a hard time finding a site that sells them cheap without the shipping charges and taxes overpowering the price, rendering purchasing it online pointless. Do you guys have any reccomendations for a simple sheath to use for the 0200?
 
Take a look at my website. If you're considering leather, I can try to get something within your budget that fits your needs. I make wet molded very heavy leather sheaths that don't have a lot of flair, but are focused on function.

In the past, I've also used a Spec-Ops brand universal sheath on a MOLLE vest. The back loops are adjustable to fit both a duty belt, MOLLE straps, or even a narrow belt. I'll have to dig through some of my gear from downrange to see if I can find it to post pictures. They had an older style that had a snap closure, but their latest version has a velcro strap that can be moved up or down based on the size of the knife being held and it holds some pretty wide folders. I was able to fit a full size BM Ruckus in it with no problem as well as a Strider SMF. I just shipped out a sheath and a customer's Grayman Satu otherwise I would have checked if that fit the nylon sheath.
 
I made this one for my 0550 but I must warn you, it's a chick magnet....

Oh Rayban! That would also fit my 551 wouldn't it? Lust lust. Feel like making another only with a 2.25" belt loop?

Knife ZT 0300 series, both lefties with Tek Lok for belt carry.
I have been doing folder sheaths with Level II retention for two years.
