Good Friends and Porch Generosity

I’m going on my fifth year of making friends and sipping sweet tea here on the porch. I thought I’d pause to say thanks to a few gents who are quality humans.

I started out thinking of ways to thank sbh06 Jeremy Alley for all of the great leather work he has gifted me and that he has done by commission. Look at all this cool stuff!

The latest toy was this cross draw sheath I ordered for the Buck 113 that OldHercDude Gordon gave me. I wanted a simple horizontal sheath, and Jeremy nailed it.


But why stop with blowing up Jeremy’s skirt??? Along the way, I’ve made great friends with Jeremy sbh06 Paul Jakeywax31 , Bob Rufus1949 , Jeremy Jerbhola89 and Chris 321Bandaid . These guys blow me away with generosity.


There are many more gents out there that I enjoy conversing with and love seeing their collections. And I have more knives in my drawer I could share from other generous porchians!

When I first put my rocker on the porch, I was in awe of this group and the camaraderie.
I have come to appreciate, how everyone welcomes new members and share their good fortunes.
In addition, what great knives are shown every day!!
