One of the Blade forum Threads had to do with Hats, and "Real Deal Brazil" was mentioned. The Hats might be fine. The products are made from used tarpaulin canvas, and the material is exactly what they say it is, which is great and looks good. However, i ordered and promptly received a day pack from them and was a little disappointed to see it was single stitched and one of the patches had pulled loose, exposing a hole. That actually was fine with me, because that is what it is- used tarp. Sadly, the pack is put together with single stitches and one of the straps is falling apart at the attachment point, after one week of use. Just a heads up. I won't buy another pack from them, but might try a hat. Anybody out there have experience with the hats?
