That trident is supercool. I just might have to get it. I need a whole lot of good Kharma right now.

That Hasiya is callin my name, sadly I left most of my loot down in Cul's neck of the woods. Need to rebuild the penny bank after that trip.

My brother lives in SD, and he says, thanks for the contributions! . Lol

EMS on the Tamang knife by Kumar.

Someone beat me to it. :(

I've got a tamang by Kumar, just like that one, that I got almost exactly a month ago. I like it a lot. What surprised me a bit was that the blackened area was not left rough and scaled from the forge, as with my KLVUK (KLUVK?) but must have been ground and polished smooth, and then (I assume) put back into the fire to be blackened. Nice craftsmanship, whoever got it will be pleased.

You get it, and I'll borrow it for fondling from time to time...:p

I hear a good trident keeps them nurse sharks under pleasant control:D I do like it. Id be totally inclined to put a big Ironwood staff on the end of it. Kinda devilish eh?

Lol...I was thinking the same thing. Putting it on the end of a bo staff.

Does anyone know approximately the handle length on the Tarwar and Wajaski.

Also, I'm curious, is there a fun historical/linguistic reason why HI calls them tarwars and wajaskis instead of tulwars and wakizashis?

I've gots to get me one of them chiruwa Gopte's some time. Looks like that'd peel through wood like butter. The Tamang is pretty sweet too.

I just cut some firewood up for the firepit this weekend with my m43. It was chewing through old branches like crazy- oak and maple and lopped off some branches from one of those annoying bean trees up here to boot. To think that some of the other choppers would do it better- dang!
