Hello,

I am looking to get some knife catalogs sent to me. What are some that are good to request a catalog from? Preferably one that has many different brands :D

Thanks

I too have the same question to ask, have been searching for ages, but no luck.
Probably because I live in the U.K.
Thanks.

You can also freely request catalogs from a couple of brands themselves. Both Spyderco and Böker send out free catalogs.

Yeah I miss the knife catalogs and mailings from pre-internet days. Nothing like sitting down with a cup of coffee and flipping thru them. I have some makers:
Benchmade
Spyderco
Gerber
CRKT
Boker/Magnum USA
Also have AGRussell and SMKW.
KnifeCenters is large and a treat.
Cold steel sends stuff out in the mail now and then.
There is a Web store called Cutleryshoppe that use to send out the neatest sales flyers years ago with price cuts and great descriptions. I learned a lot just reading thru them. AGRussell also has great comments. I got fliers from other retailers but can't remember them offhand.

I think KnifeCenter's is the biggest. Hundreds of pages. Overwhelming.

+1 It is huge, as big as a decent sized town's phone book...and heavy.

It's a generic catalog, KC doesn't carry everything in it, but it is very nice. It can be had free with an order or they will sell it (but you get credit for the cost toward future purchases).

Thanks for the heads up on the Knifecenter catalog...went and read up on it...bought one. It sounds freakin awesome.

The AG Russell catalog is great. It has a lot of information in it that deals with other knife aspects that a lot catalogs don't have. The Boker catalog is really nice with the full size and color pics. I think Cold Steel puts out a good catalog. Both are free and only require a visit to their websites to order it. Oh yeah, the AG Russell is also free.

Is this one free or do you have to pay for it?

Knifecenter's is free with an order of any decent size. Or they will sell it, but you get credits to use against future orders. Mailing costs on this would be high.

It's big and heavy. 1000+ page is on good glossy stock.

It's not really "their" catalog, but a generic catalog of most knives and related items. KC says they carry or can get most items in it.
It's not up-to-the-minute, but it is pretty current.
