I have been a knife enthusiast for awhile now, but really haven't ever had anything worth mentioning. I carried around an old timer 20t (I guess?) for sometime, just a will 3 blade pocket knife, but i lost it...but now i have a job and got some money, so i invested. well i bought a Case 6220 SS folder and I feel like i should've went with another knife, what do you guys think about this little knife as an EDC, i also carry around a leatherman wave to do anything bigger with, but thats been my edc for awhie, i just need some type of slicer/food knife of some sort and i dont want something bulky like a buck 110.
thanks
jerry

I think the Case 6220 SS pattern is a fine choice for most "EDC" purposes. It's small, durable, easy to maintain and non-threatening (important in some settings).

yeah, i was talking to the guy at the hardware store i picked it up from and he kept telling me all the seamlessly tall tale stories about what he did with his old case when he was a kid. i was also thinking about picking up another old timer, i saw them in kmart for about 17.99, same quality as what i owned several years ago/

Welcome to Bladeforums

Can you be a bit more specific about what you want the blade to do?

How big a blade were you looking for?

What is your budget?

Were you interested in a particular style of knife? (traditional, single-blade-locking, whatever.)

(I like Case peanuts. I think you did good. A Buck 303 is one of the blades I often EDC.)

well i normally dont do anything outside of your normal cutting. boxes, fruit, tape. usually something like that sometimes shave burrs off pipe or other hard materials. and im just looking for something that wont break the bank but will provide me with a good edge, and i do have a lm juice thatt finds its way into my pocket 90% of the time. did a make a good Choice with just the case?
