My Friend from England's flack Jacks came today.

The sheaths made for a Axe Hammer are almost an exact fit .
The Flack Jack fits great in them.
All three FJ's fit, the Battle Grade, INFI double cut and Snow Hole CS.

The curves on top of the Flack Jack that I would have to make negative space for are as if the Flack Jack was made from Axe Hammer blanks.

When mine get here I will mock up a FJ and see if there is any benefit of molding the exact knife, but as of right now;
fit is great no rattles
added bonus No rubs
Scales are the same.

E-mail me if you want a FJ sheath made w/the Axe Hammer and I can do it right now.

Actually I like that it fits and there would be none of those raised filler areas you have to do like for a fuller or say bumps like the spine of a BM - So cool beans!

I immediately noticed the similarity between my CS Flack Jack and my Axe from Axelson Tactical. Twin sons of different mothers.

would you rather the sheath be made with the Axe Hammer and have a little extra room
Or made with the Flack Jack with the raised filler areas ?

The negative space filler areas on Curvy blades or Fullers are absolutely necessary so that there is no rubbing on the high spots and it would go for especially kydex and even leather sheaths
