Good news from SK

Okay then…
Due to overwhelming demand, we have recently been manufacturing the D9 ,MSC 6.5 and 7.5 inch Valkyrie's using SK technology, for sale to US service personnel.
Because of the fact that we are making them in our shop, as opposed to each of us by hand, the cost is reduced significantly. This brings these blades into the affordability range of the people who really need them.

We have additionally decided that we will keep these knives in the SK lineup.
They will, from now on, be available at standard SK "big knife" prices.


Duane still has a few custom orders pending on the D9. Therefor we wen forward with the MSC 6.5 and 7.5 inchers fist.
These knives are now available and believe it or not, we have some in stock, or call your dealer.

Thanks for the info Mick. I recently ran into the post you made a few months ago about bringing the MSC's into production and was going to ask the "when" question. But, now I have a new one. Are the MSC's going to be hollow or flat ground?

If it means a hill of beans, I think the hollow grind lends itself much better to the lines of this knife.

Red, I couldn't agree more with that remark.
Flat groud is way too cool for BT and WB, but
for Valkyrie,my opinion: hollow ground looks greater!
