Good Non-Leather Belt

I've had the same leather belt for almost 10 years. It's great
and I still intend to use it. However, I put on a belt strap for
my HAK knife and when I took it off I noticed scuff marks

So I was wondering if there are some good belt alternatives
to leather that are a little more "tactical" and practical.

Bearing in mind that I wear it out and to work so it has to be
someone presentable too (though my shirt does cover it most
of the time). I just don't want someone to recommend something
meant to hold a pistol or something.

I have a 5.11 1 3/4in belt and I cost me nothing because it came with some 5.11 pants but you can pick them up for about $15 ant they have smaller sizes also.

I do not know if it is the presentable that you are looking for but they are well made and fit nice and they are cheap enough.

I've had a Patagonia Tech Web belt for a few years and like it a lot. Doesn't have that tacti-cool appearance of, say, a Wilderness Instructor's belt.

I like that Patagonia. The 5.11 is nice, but the buckle is a bit bland. Thanks for
the recommendations. Surprised there's not a lot more out there.
