Hi. Does anyone know of a reputable online knife dealer that accepts paypal? I'm looking for a dealer with a good selection of various brands, particularly Spyderco. My last dealer ripped me off, so I'm looking for company that will actually inspect each knife for flaws prior to shipment. Any recommendations? Thanks.
 
Sure. I ordered a Spyderco Starmate from www.worldwideknives.com
I received my knife 3 days later, only to find uneven grind lines on the blade. The grids were bad enough that I would never be happy with the knife. I contacted them about the problem, and they told me that the knife was inspected prior to shipment as I requested, and that they did not find any flaws with the knife. They said that I could send the knife back to them, and if they agreed that the knife was defective, they would exchange it. (I don't trust their opinion) However, they also stated that regardless I would have to pay a "handling/processing" fee. I could understand paying this fee if there were nothing wrong with the knife and I simply wanted something else but, this is not the case here...the knife is defective. Why should I have to pay even more because they didn't even inspect the knife prior to shipment as I specifically asked them? They are the ones at fault here, not me. In the various emails we exchanged, they got progressively more rude, at one point describing me as "hostile" simply because I pointed out that charing a fee for a defective knife made no sense. I've spent a lot of money with these guys, probably about $400, and don't appreciate being treated like this. All they had to do is simply exchange it. As a result, they will no longer get my business.

Triple Aught Design has lots of cool knives and gear and they also take Paypal.
