Good Or Bad

I have a handheld GPS unit up for trade , I was offered a TOPS HAWK RECON w/ kydex sheath. can anyone tell me about these knives ? Are they as good as they say ? What do you guys think ?:confused:
 
I don't know anything about that model, but it will cut stuff better than a GPS unit...
