Hey guys want to get some opinions on some safety toed shoes .

I'm a timberland and Redwing guy have been for years and every year my job buys me a new pair of boots .

Anyway they changed their company policy now no boots in the factory , or at least boots with metal eyelits on them. That takes away my red wings and my timberland and pretty much every other boot I own .

So now I'm sneaker shopping basically . So far the sketches are far and away the most comfortable but they feel weird on my feet like they are too wide , go down a size and they are too tight .

Anyway so I'm shopping around what are your guys brand of choice ? Again looking for sneakers basically ,I could do slip on boots but I have a pair of justins and not too find of a slip on boot .

Reebok steel toe skate shoes are pretty damn comfortable. In fact my oldest pair are my house shoes.

Sportsman's Guide has "Mens New Italian military surplus steel toe work shoes", look like regular black dress shoes for $35. John

Redwing has steel toe shoes

Yes but today I found out just because a brand makes a comfortable boot does not mean they can make a comfortable shoe/sneaker whatever you want to call it .

Timberland pro boots are my favorite but their shoes ,not so much .

Think I may grab the skechers only thing is the insoles being memory foam they don't come out . I'm going to haft to buy some insoles to make them fit better and it may hurt the comfort .

Now I have a pair of timberland clogs here (wife got them off the boot truck) but I feel like I'm gonna fall out of them

Keen safety toe hiking boots. I work in a fairly harsh industrial environment and have found them to be the most comfortable shoes that hold up.

I'm at work wearing timberland sneakers at the moment. They do exist. ;)

Sketchers are good and Keens are great. Both brands are roomy like the timberlands.
