Good place to discuss Boker (TREE BRAND) Garden,or Yard Shears?

Yes,I picked up a really well made VINTAGE set of Tree Brand (has the tree logo) shears
or scissor like cutters awhile back and just now getting around to finding info?...They look
to have been used very little,just need a good cleaning with Semi-Chrome and I think they'll be
good to go.......
(AM I posting in CORRECT PLACE?????)

So far,I have no clue.....Well,maybe the TREE logos in GOINS seems to date them in early teens,or tweens.

need anymore info,just let me know?
