Good Powder Coating System?

I may be doing a few powder coated blades in the future, and am looking for a decent powder coating setup. I don't need anything super fancy or expensive, as I'm not sure how often this will be used.

Anyone have suggestions for a reasonably priced powder coater? Also, where is everyone buying their powder?
