I just bought a SOG-knife, paid about 1000kr or 118.37 USD. I dont exactly know what model it is?. It looks a like the seal-knife 2000 without the serrations, the blade looks more shiny and it has a brass guard. The sheath seems to be some sort of cordura pulled over a kydex liner.

My questions are: Which knife do I own? And was the price ok?

keep in mind that a CS-UWK would have costed the same here in denmark.

And Yes the knife was NIB.

Any help is very appreciated, Thanks in advance.

Buck 112,
Depending on the length of the blade, it sounds like either a SOG Tech, or a Tech 2.
They have the same blade as the SEAL, without serrations, with a brass guard, and a soft (rubbery/grippy) Kraton handle instead of Zytel.
Here is a link. Ron can find a better picture, I am sure...

Yep thats the one I got. The knife feels very good in the hand, just as good as my A1.
However is htere any word on the price?

Well...Prices in Denmark??? I will admit to having no clue!!! However, I have read from other forumites that the Scandinavian prices are higher. Try doing a search on google (or equivalent) for SOG Tech, bearing in mind that online prices tend to be lower, especially in the US...
If I remember correctly, the MSRP (from my 2000 price list) is $139.95.
Hope that helps...
Rob

PS Welcome to the SOG forum!!! Wait about 5 minutes, and Ron will have replied: he's very fast!!!

Thanks for all the help!
After I did sevral searches for this product, I concluded that I have got a fair price considering I live in Denmark.

It looks like you bought an excellent SOG knife. If you are happy with it, then you paid a good, fair price for it. From what I've seen, SOG knives are worth more than their "asking prices".:).
