Good recurves?

I've been looking at recurve bladed knives recently after checking out the Kershaw Mini Mojo at work. I know about the Mini Skirmish, Emerson Commander and "Mini" version but what other good recurves are out there? I'm looking mainly at folders but fixed are also good.

Just about everything Darrel Ralph ever had a hand designing. Couple examples that come to mind would be Camillus' EDC, or the Cuda. Kershaw has a couple, Blur for sure, don't remember the other one. Strider makes a ton of recurves, some simple, some wicked. That's pretty much what comes right off the top of my head.

Edited to add:

TKC beat me to it, pretty much any mention of the word recurve should call up images of Darrel Ralph's designs.

The mini mojo is way up there.

But some of my other favorites are the 41MC

It's one of the most practical blade shapes I've ever used....and D2 steel.

And the miniskirmish is fantastic too

Kershaw S30V Spec Bump, or some of MOD's stuff also feature recurves I believe for the higher price point.

Another vote for the BM 710. You should still be able to find it in M2, although I believe BM has stopped making them.

Spyderco Adventura.

Boker makes a couple as well.
Kershaw makes one with CPM-440V blade steel (name escapes me).

Don't forget Kit Carson's knives, either his custom made ones or the CRKT Carson M21.

Good luck,
Allen.

As already mentioned, the Spyderco Adventura. Here is a pic of that one. It is a great knife!

I'd vote for the BM 710 as the best of the factory recurves. For something different check out the new Spyderco Kris. Kind of a double recurve.

I'll have to check out these knives. I've got tanto, clip point, wharncliffe, and more but I don't think I've got a recurve.
