Good "Rescue" knife

I'm looking for a good rescue/dive like folder. I'm looking for 2 knives for using by the water. This is what I want.

1st knife
Very rust resistant
3.5-4 inch blade
Serrated
Lanyard hole
Good pocket lip
Easy to open
Frn or g10 scales
$50-$60

2nd knife
Very rust resistant

Plain edge
Lanyard hole
Good pocket clip

As well as a good fixed blade

Not sure if it fits all your needs but Victorinox has a pretty decent rescue knife.
 
costs a little more but the benchmade triage line is highly corrosion resistant and specifically designed as a rescue type knife.it has a rescue hook and glass breaker on the back end. Spyderco's salt line has some nice fully serrated blades they will fill your needs
 
definitely need a spydie with fully serrated H1 that's pretty much a given when looking at your requirements the second knife could be anything really but the H20 griptillian might be a good choice
 
Can't beat a Spyderco Atlantic Salt SE for knife 1, or a Pacific Salt PE for knife 2. It might stretch your budget by a few bucks, but you'll find no better.
