A long time ago I began looking for a 3" fixed blade with a full size handle that fit into James Ayres travel knife philosophy. A general purpose EDC blade that also would do accompany me on my hunts and do some general small knife tasks. One with a full size handle would work well in keatings drawpoint and southnark type methods for emergency situations. THe mission knives MPU A2 steel went along for the ride, accompanying me on adventures and hunts. I had some rusting on my mpu didn't affect it's performance at all of course. I sent it into mission knives. They took it off, recoated it, refined the edge/point, and charged me for return shipping. They also replaced the snap on the sheath that had somehow gone missing.

Looks like it's good to go for some more adventures!

They were always good guys when John Miller was alive, I'm glad they still are! :)

I've got my MPU Ti in a mercharness, and an MBK Ti in my kitchen.
