What's a good shaving razor blade? Is it Mach3 or others? Is there a blade that I can sharpen myself without buying a new one every time.

IMHO, Mach III is the best blade out there.

You can make them last significantly longer by using something like http://www.razormax.com/ - these actually do work by reducing the oxidation on the blade surface.

AFAIK, the Mach III vibrating razor is a joke though.

I've been a happy Sensor II user for many years. I've tried Mach III and I think the head is to big. Sensor II is perfect, IMHO.

Mach III is the best I've used. I'm a lazy shaver though. I rarely take time to "soften" my beard by showering first which I've found makes it easier to shave.

I've used Gillette Sensor/Excel for a few years. I get about a weeks worth of shaves or more out of a blade. Others I've gotten as free samples or just tried don't seem to last long :)

Quattro and Mach3 are each good, but replacement blades can be expensive. I have one of each and buy refills when I have coupons & they are on sale.

Have gone from using an Atra plus, to a Sensor Excel, to a Mach III and then a Mach III Turbo. The Mach III Turbo (has some extra lubrication and a few other differences, non major, from standard Mach III) is by far the best in my opinion.
