Hey Guys,
Don't personally have a Busse yet, but after looking at the "Nothing But Pictures" thread I'm definitely interested. Does anyone know any good sites/sources to get Busse knives in BC, Canda, or more specifically Vancouver? Sites that will ship to Canada are also okay, but some sites have killer shipping fees. Advice and feedback appreciated.

No such thing, you can either buy from Busse, the Busse Company Store, or EE. If you ask nicely you might get a Canadian rate for shipping instead of the ridiculous $40 International one.. good luck!

A couple pop up at CGN now and then as well. There is a growing following north of the border! :)

All of mine have come from below. Busse Combat direct, the company store or even in trade from the forum. Gotta pay the exchange rate (not too bad lately), shipping fees, tax and customs service charge. Adds up to expensive knives, even for those in combat grade dress. Custom versions are beyond my reach unfortunately. No regrets.

You could drive by Kelly Glanzer's place when he is at work :-)

I think Kelly also drove down to the Oregon show recently, if I remember correctly.

I've received my 3 (and soon to be 4 ) from south too. On that note, does anyone here in Canada have an opinion on whether an AK47 or Ruck would receive hassle at the border? I think, unless the blade is double edged, length does not matter. Is this correct?

i was going to recommend kelly as well, he's probably got more INFI in BC than could be found in all the rest of canada. hey kelly, send me that HOGFSH and i'll say it was all a big mistake, no INFI to see here, move along.... ;)

I've had no problems with my AK47 coming over the border. Nor have I had any problems buying from the Busse-ites around here, the Company Store, or from Busse direct.

Enjoy!

Cheers,
BJB :D

Sheesh ,you guys are a lot of help. Good thing I just finished getting the armoured door on my freshly dug out bunker.
I just have room for a few more BAD's that are on the way and something some guy from Portland said something about.........:D havent seen that yet though. :D
Guess the fly rods have to stay abouve ground in the garage, the INFI must be saved!!!
