Hey Guys
I'm new to the forums and have been finding a lot of great info here. I wish I had found this before I made my first knife. Things would have gone a lot smoother.
Anyway Woodcraft is a supplier you should all check out. Its a wood working store but they have a huge selection of sharpening and polishing supplies. Also a lot of finishing products to use on your handles. They stock exotic woods too.

Matt,

I have ordered quit a few times from Woodcraft and found the experience pleasant.
I have ordered wood, tools, rare earth magnets, etc. One time I asked for a 2x2x12 piece of pearwood (for making candle holders on my lathe) and recieved a 12x12x4 spalted maple burl by accident. I was honest and called about it so they gave me big discount on it. Got 50 handle blocks out of it with enough left for 20 spacers. Came out at less than $1.00 per handle.

I highly recommend Woodcraft.
