Good things in small packages

I recently had the shocking experience of getting two Masters of Defense knives (Tempest and Hornet) and to say the least I was disappointed in the size. They are small, but the price is not.

After a week of carrying and using the two knives I must say that I am impressed. The tempest is much more comfortable to use on a daily basis but I like the belly blade of the hornet.

Both feel sturdy with NO blade movement and the lock up is strong and quick.

I am please with the little knives and glad I bought them, but for the price, I feel that Benchmade or others offer better value for the size.

It is true that good things come in small packages, but I personally like big knives. Lets not get into a Freudian debate, why , I just like big blades and hefty knives.

I will keep my MOD, but honestly, I dont see purchasing the Duane Dieter or the others they have to offer. Although the Min-Dieter looks nice. Aw hell, I will buy all of them in the series from MOD. God this is a sickness.

Someone help me before I buy again....

Oh honey, look what I just got from UPS..... smile

Thanks for all your help, advice and input.

God Bless you all.
