I love simple and small knives, and a frame lock is about as simple as it gets, parts wise. I was so ready to pull the trigger on the spyderco techo, but it appears to be very right hand biased. Unfortunately, it was exactly what I was looking for, but I dont know if I can open it one handed as a lefty. I could always open it with my middle finger? I dont know. Are there any good small ti framelocks out there that wont break the bank and are lefty friendly? Im not looking to spend over 230 dollars.

LionSteel SR2A. I'm ambidextrous and can open and close my Sr1 with either hand. It's aluminum but a very solid one piece handle. The titanium version may be out of your price range though.

It's out of your price range, but CRK makes a lefty small and large sebenza.

DPx Gear HEST Folder makes a left handed framelock for $175 if you can still find one. It's an incredibly well built small knife.
