Good warranty service

I sent in my Rookie because of a defect in the blade at the lockup. It looked like some of the metal had flaked off. I had the knife for 1 day when I returned it and it was not used. Spyderco just sent me a new one.

I see a 3 week return as fast, given my experience with another company. I sent in a teardrop to this other company because of a loose blade with too much lateral play. They did fix it, but the return time was 7 weeks.
Three weeks is much better than 7.
 
Good to hear they took care of your issues. I've been very happy with the factory warranty support. Another thing to note is that we also have some fantastic retailers that will go out of their way to take care of you. Jeff at Cutlery Shoppe, guys at the Knife Center, Poor Fish, and yourcornerstore.com all have been awesome.
