She had to go. Didn't fit my hand well so I bought a full size commander. I wanted to carry this one in a leather belt holder. Has anyone done this?

I didn't do it with a Mini Commander, I did it with a CQC-8. Like you, it didn't fit my hand well and I sold it to get a different Emerson.

Goes to show how different we all are. Also shows that there is an Emerson that is perfect for everybody.

My Mini Commander is perfect where as my full size is ever so slightly too wide.

Platinum looks good Silvanus!

Felt like my fingers were cramped. I figured the slightly longer handle would be just right.

I carry my Commander daily since my wife bought for my birthday. It is a tad wide in the pocket, but I don't mind. I still want to try a Mini Commander. Fell in love with the regular and got a spanking good deal on a new Super (sooo meaty!). Had a micro and was too thick for how small. So Mini is next on the list.

I just up'd my Gold, was going to do Knifemaker, but want to refine a bit more before start selling on here. Great guys over in that forum section if never been.

I'm excited to get the commander. I have rotated my Tiger in the edc group and I always have my 7v. The size will be welcome to my hands also.

I have had a Mini, Regular and Super (actually multiples) and am currently Commander-less (other than the borrowed '98 that an amazing person sent me to check out). I do expect another Mini SFS in the mail in the next day or so, and am actually semi-considering an UBR I've been leering at...

Oh do tell? Well I figured I couldn't go without a commander in the collection. It's just such an iconic piece.

I have the Micro and I like it, I just don't like the thumb hole over the disc. Feels nice and meaty for a a small carry. If it was a disc it would be perfect. But I just can't get warm to it, so I want to go to the Mini.

If my hand was a tad bit smaller, the mini would have been perfect. I just need that little bit of extra room.

In the Commander lineup, my single one is a Super Commander, a SFS Serial #1122.

It is so impressive in size without being unwieldy or un-pocket friendly, and dare I say attractive to boot, that I find I cannot and will not buy a different model of Commander. It's even a smidge large, I know a regular would fit just right.

But it fits the bill, and when I want to carry something other than one of my pair of 15s it is the one I go to.

I never go without an Emerson after work (Wilson Combat Eagle IWB in dress pants at the office) and I often pair it with a PM2 in the LFP. One small, index-finger flickable, and one "WOW! Now THAT's a knife!" sized one as well depending on use.

This sounds a lot like myself but replace Wilson combat with either g19 or kimber ultra carry 2 and one large emerson coupled with my 7aw or pm2.

Well I'm probably going to have to change the title of this post. I just purchased 2 Emerson's from a friend. One Commander and a matching mini commander. Both purchased for 200 dollars combined and both brand new. Don't be angry with me friends. I just couldn't pass on this for the money lol.
