Wow, he was pretty young, too...
One of my favorite Liotta movies is "Narc". He was truly terrifying in that film. A great acting job. A good hard, gritty cop movie too.
"Something Wild" is another good one with Liotta where he plays a total psychopath. It pre-dates Goodfellas.

You said it Sarge! One of the best actors in my opinion.Just read that too. Just hate it when people younger than me die.
A great "character" actor. His roles in Field of Dreams, Goodfellas & Hannibal were among my favorites.
