google and imgur help

Hi, so now we can't upload to this site. That kind of sucks. I like all my knife stuff here, simple, one place, not cluttered with other family photos...

So now we HAVE to use another site.. I have 3 other sites I already use, this sucks.

The question:

Imgur allows users to login with their google acct... seems convenient but how linked are they? Does imgur share any photo aspect of G+ or the photo albums they used to have? Will anyone on my g+ page or other google related sites be able to know or see imgur links? Privacy concerns, any??

There should be an option to privatize specific groups of images, like Photobucket, where only those with a password can access. I haven't used my imgur account in ages and usually upload pictures without the account function. I don't care much for the way that Google+ handles pictures, it's like they've gotten Facebooked. You have to be logged into Gmail to see some photos, kind of silly especially since not everyone has or uses Gmail.

That's the idea, that's what sloth357 needs to be aware of. Goggle wants to subsume everything under their one coordinated brand. All your internet are belong to us. They even have their own laptop system.
