Goose Neck LED Desk/Bench Lamp?

Any suggestions for a quality bench light with a long goose neck that has either a medium brightness LED or an Adjustable output from dim to high. Too high an out put can white wash whatever you're working on and make it impossible to see things. Too dim and well what's the point of the light in the first place? Clamp on is cool. Looking for a work like that can move around in my little workshop.

I just picked up a nice gooseneck lamp for $9.99 last weekend at Ikea. My first time in the store and I went nuts.
