The day I spend that much on a knife is the day I end up getting papers served. My wife is tolerant of my interest in Bucks. But I think that would throw me in the "insanity" clause as far as she is concerned.

LOL...my daughter sees me posting here now and then (thinks I must have this forum as my Home Page) and the other day she saw me looking at Five-0's pics. She said "OMG, there are others out there like you?". I said, "worse" look at all these beautiful knives...I showed her some of Mike's and the other pics that have been posted recently. She walked away saying "I thought you were nuts, but it's nice, scarey but nice to think there's more of you out there to keep you busy". I should have reminded her of her Beanie Baibie kick from when she was younger...next time.

John, thanks for the link by the way. Some cool stuff there. I saw the categories and, my eyes being bad, I read "stein" as "stain" and thought that very odd.

Buy it and give it to your wife for Christmas! :D She won't say anything since it was the "thought" that counted. Then you can borrow it from her whenever you go riding. I've quit caring about people thinking I'm crazy. In this day and age if the average person thinks I'm nuts I take that as a sign that I'm still sane. That beanie baby comment was funny.

ugh ...so did i goose! so did i... :confused:
i have had two nick names in past years... one was crasy dave (from hs and boot camp and navy) and the other was bigfoot (because i got in trouble at the nuclear plant for the word crasy on the hard hat and that was my cb handle then, damm touchy security:jerkit: ) ... but both them were taken on ebay and email so i used the street number in front of dave ...

I have a little room upstairs with my pc stuff, knives, other miscellaneous collectable. Youngest daughter (37) roams up here when she visits, Just rolls her eyes. I know what she is thinking tho.... "How am I going to get rid of all this mess when Dad is gone"....lol... and the other thought "So this is where my inheritance has gone"....

Kids...... Sometimes I wonder if it is too late for a long term abortion :eek: :eek: :D

Unknown to my youngest daughter (31) that I plan to leave several of my knives to her sons when I am too old to know what they are anymore. :D

My daughter won't let them get to her daughter ,,,or my brother ...
SHE wants them for her self !!!:eek:
and she will bat her eyes and tickle the back of my neck when ever she has picked out one for early inheritance... i try to defend my collection but i seem to get soooo weeek or is it meek ... oh you guys know how daughters can be ... !!;)

If she can dust, vacuum, wash dishes, do laundry, and cook, then I'll take her off your hands...She's mute, right??? :D

I even bought three pounds of sugar coated jelly candy today...in assorted flavors (but the black is best!)... ;)

Naah Trax,,,,you wouldn't want her....domineering little wench :D , always got her way :confused: , and has this cutsie way of telling someone to go to hell so's they look forward to the trip.:rolleyes: AND first thing you would have to do is switch from jb's to m&m's :)
