CRK had to go and offer another LE that I couldn't live without. How fantastic the eye candy over at True North Knives is. I was hoping I could wait it out till the factory called me with my large LE Damascus and bark, but nope. The temptation was too great. I picked this one up this morning from Neil. Thanks my friend! I don't know how many more yearly runs of mammoth bark ivory will be offered in the future, but I'm not taking any chances. The two together(large and small) will go great. Using them...ahh...not sure yet. But probably.

Let see those other ones you guys bought...
Love this one...The decorated back spacer is kind of a cool touch too.

Blackend, very cool knife. The nice thing about buying from Neil is that you know what you are getting. I have a 2005 LE large mammoth batk ivory, I'll post a pic soon.:thumbup::cool::D

I had intended in buying one small seb with damascus and mammoth ivory bark back in May. Two weeks ago, I saw the large with S30V and I bought it. Great scores! Now I am looking at the ones TNK just posted.

Give Me Strength or I will be on a mac and cheese diet for a year!
 
Sweet Scott Dog, love the colors. Think I'm seeing greens and blues. Hoping for some of those on my large.

I'm going to have to calm down awhile after these two purchases. My yearly splerge is over. Holiday included. Course, next year is just two months away... :D
 
Im sure glad I'm left handed or I'd be all over those inlays on TNK's website and an awefull lot poorer.:eek: I like the decorated backspacer and the differently tied lanyatd.:thumbup:
Blackend I hear you about carrying it, my mammoth inlay is a safe queen. My large micarta inlay with serrations and given the Tom Krein killer edge is my current most frequent companion, the perfect EDC IMHO.;)

Thanks Blackend and Scottdog for the compliments. This year is a special one for Seb's. Enjoy your new blades; they look awesome.

Next thing on my list is a better digital camera, so I don't post anymore of these craptastic pics.
 
Those things are insanely awesome! I gotta stop looking at pics. I'm gonna buy one of these on impulse and nows not the time!
 
Just got mine today, and WOW! So much better in hand than the pix can show. Now is the time to get one!
Do it while they're available.

That is one beautiful seb. I was eyeing that one myself too bad xmas is so close or I might have to break down and get it.. :(
