I recently had the pleasure of attending the dirttime 08 event up in the Sierra Nevadas. It was a great event and I got to meet a lot of people that I speak to online almost daily.

One gentleman was sporting the neck knife and I now know that I spend way to much time on these forums. I looked at the cord wrapped handle and said "Is that a Gossman PSK?" "why yes it is" he replied. So, the end result was that I got to check out my 1st Gossman. I loved the fit, feel and finish of that little guy and now will have to try and acquire one.

Great work Scott, your PSK's are easy to identify amongst the rest and truly one of a kind.

Let me guess, was it Bill Qualls or Griz Dave? If you'd like a cord wrapped PSK, I've got one available. haven't posted it for sale yet.

It was neither Bill or Dave (man those are a couple of great guys). I think his name was Brian, but I forgot his online handle, there were over 75 adults in attendance and I just couldn't remember everyones multiple names. He made his own sheath for it. I thought it was just really cool to ID the knife, just from seeing an inch of the handle.

I would take the PSK off of you in a heartbeat, but alas the cash is lacking. I'll have to throw something up for trade to try and get one.

I'm running really short on production blades these days and almost have all customs now, I feel like I'm turning into a real knife snob. I will own a Gossman one of these days. I also got to check out a big tusker with antler handles, it was up for trade, in hind sight I should have jumped on it.

Bill and Dave were two that I thought of off the top of my head. Alot of Hoodlums have the PSK knives. That was the first forum I sold them on. I've made well over 400 of them so far so it's hard to keep track anymore. :D
