Gost U10A steel

Anyone know if it's possible to obtain it here? I believe it's Russian so probably not.
Jan Hafinec from Slovakia gets some killer hamon with it so I am hoping to get a chance to try it.
The addition of 26C3 steel to our arsenal of steel has me thinking of other steel to try.

1.2519 is on its way to me now and it's like waiting for Xmas to come as a kid
